Who we are, what we do, and why
Making industrial 3D printing accessible
Protype — industrial 3D printers designed and built in Belarus. We don't resell someone else's hardware: we engineer everything in-house — from mechanics and electronics to firmware and fleet management software.
What We Do
We make two industrial 3D printers: CD400 and CD400HT. Both use IDEX — two independent extruders that can print different materials simultaneously or double part output in Copy/Mirror mode.
We also build the software stack. ProtypeOS runs the printer: profiles, logs, auto-recovery. ProtypeHub is a desktop platform for managing a fleet: job queues, telemetry, remote access. No cloud.
We install machines on-site, train operators, and dial in materials and settings for specific parts.
Who We Serve
We work with factories, engineering bureaus, and production companies across the CIS, Europe, and MENA. Typical tasks: serial tooling, functional prototypes, small-batch parts, and spares for discontinued equipment.
A separate track — universities and R&D labs, where fast iteration and access to diverse materials matter most.
Our Approach
Full cycle: design, assembly, commissioning at the customer's facility. We don't ship a box — we launch a process.
All software is ours. ProtypeHub lives on-premise: models and production data never leave the enterprise perimeter. For defense and air-gapped networks — Secure VPN with no open ports.
Service and spares ship from our warehouse in Minsk. Remote diagnostics, on-site engineer visits, and training — governed by SLA.
