These Terms govern the use of protype.tech (the "Site"), owned by Arkos-Trade LLC (the "Company"). By continuing to use the Site, you confirm your agreement with the terms below.

1. General

The Site protype.tech is an informational resource of the Company, intended for familiarization with Protype products, services, and solutions.

The Company reserves the right to modify the Site content and these Terms without prior notice.

2. Definitions

"Site" — the web resource at protype.tech, including all pages and subdomains.

"User" — any person visiting or using the Site.

"Materials" — texts, images, videos, PDF files, specifications, and other content on the Site.

"Equipment" — Protype industrial 3D printers and accessories.

The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes.

The User agrees not to use the Site for unlawful activities, distribution of malware, or disruption of Site operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All Materials on the Site are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Copying, reproduction, and distribution of Materials without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

The trademarks Protype, CD400, CD400HT, FILO, ProtypeOS, ProtypeHub, and Secure VPN belong to the Company.

5. Not a Public Offer

Information about products, prices, specifications, and conditions on the Site is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer under the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

Final delivery terms, prices, and technical specifications are established in a contract or commercial proposal.

6. Forms and Personal Data

By submitting contact data through Site forms, you consent to data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We do not send spam and do not share your contacts with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company endeavors to maintain the accuracy and currency of information on the Site but does not guarantee its completeness at any given time.

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site.

Decisions made based on information from the Site are taken at the User's own risk.

8. External Links

The Site may contain links to external resources. The Company is not responsible for the content or availability of such resources.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
