Use Cases

PEEK Parts

The active thermal chamber reduces the risk of delamination. Functional PEEK parts for aerospace and petrochemical.

Copy and Mirror Modes

Identical or mirrored parts up to half the bed wide in one run.

Auto Filament Change and Drying

Auto filament change and built-in drying chambers: spools dry right during printing.

High-Temperature Prototypes

PEI — for prototypes that operate at high temperatures and in aggressive environments.

About the Printer

Protype CD400 industrial 3D printer — control buttons and open chamber door

CD400HT is the high-temperature model for PEEK and PEI. We print PEI at a chamber temperature of 145 °C. Applications: aerospace, petrochemical, anatomical models and medical device housing prototypes.

Two IDEX extruders print the model and soluble support in one job. Copy and Mirror modes are available.

Built-in drying is critical for PEEK: damp filament means bubbles and lost strength. In the CD400HT, spools dry during the print itself. Auto filament change is included.

Designed and assembled in-house.

Will our printer handle your parts?

Attach a 3D model or drawing right on the site — we'll review the geometry and pick a material for the CD400HT.
