PA6 CF30 is Nylon 6 reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Exceptional stiffness and wear resistance. Replaces aluminum parts in serial production. Requires a hardened nozzle and high chamber temperature.

Recommendation

Use the Protype FILO drying chamber for automatic filament drying and direct feed into the printer. This prevents re-absorption of moisture and ensures consistent print quality.

⚠ Insufficiently dried filament is the primary cause of defects: bubbles, delamination, and degraded mechanical properties. Always dry before printing.
