PEEK is a super-engineering polymer with an operating temperature up to 260°C. Exceptional chemical resistance, biocompatibility, and mechanical strength. Used in aerospace, petrochemical, and medical applications as a metal replacement. Requires a 420°C hotend and 130°C+ chamber.

Drying Parameters
Recommendation
Use the Protype FILO drying chamber for automatic filament drying and direct feed into the printer. This prevents re-absorption of moisture and ensures consistent print quality.
⚠ Insufficiently dried filament is the primary cause of defects: bubbles, delamination, and degraded mechanical properties. Always dry before printing.
