PVA is a water-soluble support material. It dissolves in ordinary water, so it suits complex geometries with internal cavities where supports cannot be removed mechanically.

Recommendation

The Protype FILO drying cabinet dries filament and feeds it straight into the printer, so it does not pick up moisture again.

⚠ Damp filament causes bubbles and delamination and weakens the part. Dry filament before printing.
