ABS with 15% Carbon Fiber (ABS CF15)

ABS CF15 is ABS reinforced with 15% short carbon fiber. The fiber raises stiffness and heat resistance with little added weight. The abrasive filler requires a hardened nozzle.

Recommendation

The Protype FILO drying cabinet dries filament and feeds it straight into the printer, so it does not pick up moisture again.

⚠ Damp filament causes bubbles and delamination and weakens the part. Dry filament before printing.
