PP is a lightweight, chemically inert polymer suited to living hinges. Resists acids, alkalis, and solvents. Poor bed adhesion — needs a special build surface.

Recommendation

The Protype FILO drying cabinet dries filament and feeds it straight into the printer, so it does not pick up moisture again.

⚠ Damp filament causes bubbles and delamination and weakens the part. Dry filament before printing.
