PP
250°CPolypropylene (PP)
PP is a chemically inert and lightweight polymer with living hinge capability. Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents. Challenging bed adhesion — requires a specialized build surface.

Recommendation
Use the Protype FILO drying chamber for automatic filament drying and direct feed into the printer. This prevents re-absorption of moisture and ensures consistent print quality.
⚠ Insufficiently dried filament is the primary cause of defects: bubbles, delamination, and degraded mechanical properties. Always dry before printing.
